1. Tools needed: glass cleaner (or equal parts vinegar and water), lint-free microfiber cleaning cloth, a plastic gift card, spray bottle with soapy water, paper towels.
2. Use the glass cleaner to clean the window and wipe the cleaning solution off with the lint-free microfiber cloth.
3. Spray the area of the window where the cling will go with soapy water.
4. Quickly peel the cling from its backing paper and smooth it over the wet glass.
5. Slide the decal into the desired position and gently squeeze the water and air bubbles out with the edge of the plastic gift card, working from the center out.
6. Pat the glass and decal with paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
